Can I receive my newsletter via email?

Response
Yes, you can choose to receive an email newsletter at no extra charge. If you choose to receive your subscription by email, we will send you an Email Single User Agreement, which details the terms of receiving the email newsletter. This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the person receiving the email. If you cannot agree to the terms of the agreement, then email delivery will not be made an option.
If you wanted to receive both email and hardcopy newsletter, there is an additional charge of $10 per month or $120 per year
What You Need
Crittenden's e-mail newsletters are Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) duplicates of the newsletter. This requires that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. It is a free program that can be downloaded from http://wwww.adobe.com.
AOL and the MIME Format
Unfortunately, AOL's mail system, although MIME-compliant, (it encodes and decodes files in MIME format), sometimes does not properly handle attached files, particularly multiple file attachments (more than one newsletter). If AOL was unable to decode the MIME file, the attachment will be in MIME format, with a filename extension of .MIM. This is a function and support issue for AOL. You may need to use a MIME Decoder. For more information, go to AOL keyword: MIME. Answered 2008-07-25 11:22 / last modified 2008-07-30 12:29
